Payment, Dispatch and Delivery

Postage and Packaging is free of charge for orders over £50.00. We then charge a flat rate of £4.85 for all values below £50.00.

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and funds have been cleared. Upon receipt of payment / clearance of funds, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours. Where ordered items are out of stock, customers will be informed and advised of the options available to them. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Please consider all products are handmade to order.

Availability

Freer Skincare endeavour to stock all products listed. However, all products are subject to availability. Freer Skincare products are 100% natural so where there are seasonal shortages or in cases where out of stock products cannot be supplied within 5 working days, Freer Skincare may temporarily restrict or withdraw products from sale and this will apply even after placing an order. In such cases where a complete order cannot be fulfilled, Freer Skincare will inform the buyer who will be given alternative options.

Returns, Loss and Damages

We endeavour to describe our products accurately and aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to give a refund or exchange, excluding postage costs, providing the goods are unopened, unused and are in a perfect, re-saleable condition. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 28 working days of delivery. Unless goods are supplied in a faulty condition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

We package our goods very carefully but advise you check your parcel as soon as possible upon receipt. In the unlikely event that products have become damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Freer Skincare reserves the right to investigate any claims.

Our products have a wide range of applications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are used appropriately. Freer Skincare reiterates the importance of test patching on every label and also on each product description on www.freerskincare.com. Freer Skincare accepts no liability for representations, warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose. Whilst we hope our products offer therapeutic benefits to our customers, Freer Skincare make no claims to any reputed theraputic value of any of our products. Customers should satisfy themselves to the suitability of products before purchase.
