Application: Gently massage a 1/4 teaspoon of exfoliator into dry or damp skin on the face and neck. Pat skin dry, then apply your daily moisturiser. Alternatively you can lay back, relax and let the ingredients work their magic for 5 - 10 minutes. This acts as replenishing mask, simply rinse off the granules and massage in the oils until fully absorbed. Use twice a week for best results. 

Fact: Vitamin E slows the ageing process by warding off pollutants and protecting the skin from UV damage. Prickly Pear seed oil is packed with it and contains 150% more than wonderful Argan oil. We use both. 

Tip 1. For silky soft hands, massage 1/4 of a teaspoon dry into hands, then rinse granules with warm water. Allow the oils to fully absorb.

Tip 2: Apply your Prickly Pear & Shea Hydrator immediately after rinsing. The oils in this exfoliator will remain on the skins surface and can be massaged into the skin with your cream.
